For Bank Operations Teams

The Admin Portal is the internal control center used exclusively by your bank’s operations, compliance, and support staff. Access is fully role-based each staff member sees and can action only what their assigned role permits. This is where your team manages the entire merchant lifecycle, configures fees, monitors transactions, and oversees daily settlement.

Merchant Web Portal

The Merchant Portal is a self-service web platform used by your registered merchants to monitor their payment activity, manage their branches and terminals, view transaction history, generate QR codes, and raise support requests all without needing to contact the bank for routine tasks.

Merchant will do the self registration via merchant portal 

Who uses it: Merchant owners, branch managers, counter terminal staff, and merchant staff each with their own login and access level.

Dynamic QR (Per Transaction):

  • Generated on demand for a specific transaction amount
